As the brand transitioned from Yoisho to Megami Matcha, introduced new product lines and expanded into new markets, the challenge was creating a platform capable of supporting growth across both DTC and wholesale channels while maintaining a premium customer experience.

We designed and developed a custom Shopify experience tailored to the brand's premium positioning and future roadmap. Alongside the storefront, we implemented a more flexible subscription infrastructure, supported wholesale operations through a dedicated B2B experience, and introduced an ongoing optimisation programme focused on conversion, retention and long-term customer value. Every component was designed to support growth without adding unnecessary complexity.
